i listened to a couple albums a lot for most of the year and ignored everything else, oops. i was too busy listening to “uncool” albums on repeat and i don’t care. i’ll have to play catch up next year.

this year had a lot of the strokes, going places on long drives, embarrassing music, loving my dog, baseball games and cook out. i’m not complaining. “help me, i’m poor.” i went to the desert and fell in love with it. there were plenty of dumb dudes for short periods of time. i saw plenty of dumb bands. i got a real job and worked my ass off. i sent someone to jail for 7 years. vcu rioted. i saw bayside and panic at the disco a lot and megan even more than that. i went on a lot of trips to the soundtrack of beyonce and cobra starship. stanned over ryan gosling tons. overall this year was pretty fantastic, a ton of stuff happened and a huge percent of it was straight up fun. and to top it off i got my anxiety back to a manageable level.  i still write 2010 on things though so let’s just move along. what is a “2012 problem” anyway?
